ZIP files are automatically extracted after upload. Each file inside the ZIP is processed individually. For more details, see the Uploading ZIP Files article.

Unsupported File Types

The following file types are not supported and will be rejected during upload:

  • Video files such as .mp4 and .avi

  • Executable files and other binary formats

  • Any file type not listed above

If you attempt to upload an unsupported file type, you will receive an "Unsupported file type" error. If you need support for an additional format, please contact our team.
